Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Seller Universe application portal (the “Service”), you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not submit an application.

The Service is provided solely for the purpose of accepting employment applications for Virtual Assistant (VA) and Information Technology (IT) positions at Seller Universe. The information you provide will be used exclusively for recruitment and hiring decisions.

• You must be legally eligible to work in your country of residence.
• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of application.
• Each individual may only submit one application per open recruitment cycle. Duplicate submissions using different email addresses may result in disqualification.

You agree that all information submitted in your application — including your name, contact details, qualifications, and uploaded photo — is true, accurate, current, and complete. Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information is grounds for immediate disqualification and, if discovered after hiring, may result in termination of employment.

Submission of an application does not guarantee an interview, offer, or employment. Seller Universe reserves the right to:

• Accept or reject any application at its sole discretion.
• Close or pause recruitment at any time without prior notice.
• Contact you via the email or phone number provided to schedule interviews or request additional information.

We aim to respond to applications within 48 business hours, though this is not guaranteed.

By uploading a profile photo or any other file, you represent that:

• You own the image or have the right to submit it.
• The image is a genuine, recent likeness of you.
• The image does not contain offensive, illegal, or misleading content.

Seller Universe reserves the right to remove any uploaded content that violates these terms.

All content, design, and materials on this portal — including logos, graphics, and text — are the property of Seller Universe and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, or redistribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.

You agree not to:

• Submit applications on behalf of another person without their explicit consent.
• Attempt to circumvent any technical measures of the Service.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Service.
• Submit malicious files or content designed to harm Seller Universe's systems.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seller Universe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including loss of data or interruption of service. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By submitting your application you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

Seller Universe reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
